As per sources,an additional dearness allowances of 6% for all central government employees and pensioners may be declared on Thursday i.e. on 12.03.15 by the union cabinet headed by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.The additional dearness allowance will effect from 01.01.2015. 
AICPIN for the month December 2014 is released by the labour bureau which is stationary at 253.So as expected kike in dearness allowance from January 2015 is going to be announced for 6% only with existing DA of 107%. Now if it happens present DA will be 113% . Although it will help about 80 lacks central government employees and pensioners.
